WhatsApp will not connect

Check your number and the phone’s internet connection. Get a new code if it expired. Link this device through Linked devices.

The translation did not appear

Check your connection and translation language. Retry a failed request. The original remains available.

Older messages are missing

Open WhatsApp on your phone and request history. WhatsApp may not provide some older messages. Hiero has no cloud history copy.

Deleting data

You can delete this browser’s history in Settings. Resetting the connection removes the web device from WhatsApp.
